What a great way to start off the new year. Ever since I quit my day job as a blogwhore, everything went down hill.
Horrible shopping experience (-_-) Now I remember why shopping wasn't voted my favorite sport. Anyway, so right after the holidays, I went to Hot Topic and bought a corset and a dress. I had ACCIDENTALLY picked up the wrong dress since I was only focusing on size (<_<) That was wrong of me. The corset was too big and the dress wasn't right so I went for a return/exchange. First, they returned only PARTIAL of what I paid for for the dress and it didn't occur to me that had happened until I "studied" the receipt when I got home. Had to go back the following week (-_-) Went in and told the cashier that. She supposedly "fixed" it. I come home (meaning Boston) two weeks later and decided to check how much I have my bank account and LORD BEHOLD¡ªwhat's this?
DAMN BITCH CHARGED ME FOR THE AMOUNT SHE HAD SUPPOSEDLY RETURNED!
Ugh. It's bad enough that I DON'T have money to begin with and now this. Why am I the one that has these problems??? Is that a sign saying I should stop shopping? Because I have been avoiding that store in particular (-_-)
Spent some time with Sinath last night at the mall. I'm so used to shoping down in MD that I forgot in the state of MA you don't have to pay tax on clothing. Heh. So guess who went insane last night, stacking bills on them counters? *looks away* Anyway, it feels good to be home. I have no idea what possessed me to leave the big city for some hickshit state down south. The upside, Angiee has agreed to be my MD/VA shopping buddy (^_~) There's something to look forward to when I go back next week.
